Staff Listening Sessions
The Staff Council, in partnership with the Division of Talent \& Inclusion, is seeking feedback on the Remote and Flexible Work Policy and the Summer Schedule Working practices here at WPI. The Remote and Flexible Work Policy has been in effect for the last year and a half, and we would like to hear from you about what is working and whether there are opportunities for improvement.We want to learn more about your experiences 鈥?particularly as they relate to job satisfaction, productivity, effectiveness of remote/hybrid work on service to the WPI community, team dynamics, engagement and belonging, collaboration, management/supervision, and technology tools to support Remote/Flexible Work and Summer Working schedules. \n\nTwo Listening sessions will be conducted:
